Nestled in the heart of Wailuku, this vibrant community gem has just become an official member of the American Horticultural Society (AHS). That’s right – our local green haven is now part of a prestigious network of gardens, educators, and horticultural champions dedicated to sustainability and environmental learning.

With this new partnership, the garden will dig even deeper into its mission of connecting people with nature. Dean Wong, Executive Director at Imua Family Services, couldn’t be more excited. “Joining the American Horticultural Society aligns seamlessly with our goals to inspire curiosity, learning, and environmental responsibility through hands-on experiences in nature,” he shared.
