Compassionate, evidence-based approach to support mental health and strengthen family relationships
Therapists tailor treatment to each family’s unique needs, incorporating methods like Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and family therapy.
Sessions can be individual, dyadic (child and parent/guardian), or family-based, fostering emotional regulation, improved communication, and stronger attachments. The focus is on creating a safe, supportive environment for healing and growth.
