Maui’s Biggest Keiki Halloween Festival is Back!

Maui’s favorite family Halloween celebration is back! Imua Family Services invites all island families to join us for the Keiki Halloween Festival on Thursday, October 30th, from 4:00 to 7:30 PM at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center’s A&B Amphitheater. This free community event promises an evening full of trick-or-treating, live entertainment, hands-on activities, and unforgettable Halloween magic for keiki of all ages.

This year’s festival transforms the MACC’s open-air amphitheater into a playful, spooky wonderland, where every young ghost, witch, and superhero can safely roam from station to station collecting treats from dozens of local nonprofits, community agencies, and small businesses. It’s a truly Maui-style celebration of imagination, creativity, and community spirit—offering a safe and inclusive environment for families to celebrate together.

Children can look forward to exploring Ben’s Big Blue Building Blocks, getting up close with furry friends during critter petting encounters, and dancing the night away with live performances from DJ Boomshot and Maui’s very own Marty Dread. Also be on the lookout for awesome costume contests as well as the Maui Classic Cruisers car club returning this year to showcase their lineup of beautifully restored vintage cars—each decorated for Halloween and ready for keiki photo ops and trunk-or-treat fun!

As the sun begins to set, families can spread out their blankets or low-back beach chairs on the amphitheater lawn and enjoy the open-air atmosphere while savoring delicious food from some of Maui’s favorite local vendors, including Taste of Aloha 808, Fiyah Foods, Yellow Belly, Nanay’s Lumpia, Shaka Shave Ice, Dippin’ Dots, and Maui Kettle Corn.

Their trick-or-treat stations and activity booths create the heart of the festival, offering fun, friendship, and connection that children remember for years to come.

Families are encouraged to arrive in costume, bring their Halloween spirit, and participate in a night that celebrates imagination, togetherness, and Maui’s strong sense of aloha. The Maui Arts & Cultural Center will also be collecting non-perishable food donations for the Maui Food Bank to support those impacted by the wildfires. The need continues, and contributions are greatly appreciated.
