Imua Family Services Healthcare Navigators meet people where they are, whether that’s in person at a comfortable location, over the phone, or virtually via Zoom. In addition to healthcare applications, Navigators also assist with SNAP/EBT applications. In many cases, individuals who qualify for Medicaid/QUEST are also eligible for SNAP/EBT benefits.
